I LOVE BREAKFAST! I mean I really LOVE breakfast. I think it is my favorite meal of the day. I'm one of those people that likes to eat the same thing day after day, and of course it has to be healthy. I'm okay with that. This is my new favorite breakfast.
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup organic blueberries
1/2 cup organic skim milk
1 TBS. chopped walnuts
Mix this all together and enjoy! I have it with my morning cup (pot) of coffee and I'm good to go!
